We regret to inform you that the online absentee form is currently experiencing technical difficulties and is not available on our website. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

While we are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, we kindly request that you submit all absence letters and/or medical leave documentation to the MS Teams–Parent Portal, which can be found under the General tab titled ‘Fill SMSIS Absentee Form‘.
