Council of International Schools (CIS)

Council of International School or CIS is a global membership community working collaboratively to shape international education through professional services for schools, higher education institutions, and individuals.

Seri Mulia Sarjana International School quality has been acknowledged by the Council of International Schools (CIS) hence SMSIS has been granted full CIS membership and has been granted Candidacy Status within the CIS accreditation process.

CIS members must infuse their programmes and offerings with international and intercultural perspective so that students can move forward with the attitudes and understanding that will provide them with a solid base wherever their studies or work may take them.  These Primary and secondary school members must further commit to undertaking an ongoing external quality assurance process to enhance student learning.

Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE)

Cambridge Assessment and International Examination is the largest provider of International education programmes and qualifications created by subject experts, intended for 5 to 19 years of age. It offers a clear structure and a strong platform to guide learners’ progression from the start of primary to the end of secondary education. They also prepare students for life and help them develop a continuous passion for learning. CAIE is part of the University of Cambridge and is a non-profitable organisation which devote resources to deliver high-quality education. Its curriculum is flexible to integrate and stimulating to teach where schools can choose all or part of it to suit their learners’ needs. Above all, it provides first-class support for teachers through publications, online resources, training and professional development.
